Going to "Hot In Cleveland" with Betty White

In 1995 I decided to try acting. I joined acting classes down in Hollywood, got my head shots ,worked for background otherwise known as working as an extra. I was able to join the Screen Actors Guild by working on a couple of movies. Interesting I have worked on 3 movies and commercials right here in my own hometown the Antelope Valley. Also thru the Screen Actors Guild I am on the SAG Nominating Committee. That committee votes on what stars and what shows will be nominated for SAG awards. Which are given out at The SAG awards show. This year I have been invited to a couple of Screenings. One is for the TNT show "Hawthorne" which stars Jada Pinkett Smith and Michael Vartan and TV Land has invited me to a screening of their show "Hot In Cleveland" staring Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Reeves, Wendi Malick and Betty White. What an honor to be invited to these functions. More on these events after I go to them.

  1. Now that is interesting! Are you aware Ron Smith is trying to revive the film festival for the AV?

  2. Noi I did not. I will have to talk to him about that.

  3. I recall when we worked together Chuck. I also remember the effort you put into it. The hopes and aspirations and the energy. Perhaps what we all should know to be true is coming to fruition. Hard work is still a working formula, and I'm glad to see that your sacrifices have provided some positive gain....keep up the good work....

  4. That sounds way cool. My mom and my oldest love watching Hawthorne, but I haven't seen Hot in Cleveland. If you ever get any passes to go to anything special for the USA shows, like Burn Notice or White Collar, well, I hope you'll remember your favorite computer geek, k? :D

  5. Dianna and I watch both of those shows together while talking on the phone. She in Ohio and myself in Idaho! Just thought you should know that both shows are enjoyed by us middle aged housewives.
